- No grogginess like melatonin. No drowsiness in the morning like other sleep products. Energy in abundance the next day with no feelings of fatigue like ZMA. I like this product alot , even with some preconceived doubts going in . I will buy this again (Posted on 4/15/12)

- Out of curiousity, I ordered a bottle of 3z as an addition to my other sleep supplements including melatonin and some other otc sleep remedies. I had taken some ZMA before and between the vivid dreams and fatigue the next day, needless to say I approached 3z with some partial doubts already set in . Now, if ever there was a supplement that absolutely surprised me with its positive results , it would have to be 3z. This stuff will not put you out immediately, But give it an hour or so and you will be taken away on a deep restful nights sleep with energy and no drowsiness in the morning. No grogginess like with melatonin . Little to no anxiety like with some other otc night remedies. (Posted on 4/15/12)

- I had 6 sample packs of this, which I took during a cycle that left me with anxiety in the night, meaning no sleep. - didnt notice much on the first 3 days but after that, wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i always had trouble sleepin, waking up every night at least 10 times, wakin up so tired. pop a few of these and you sleep like a baby and wake up fresh like you've slept for 60 hours in one night. def one of my staples (Posted on 1/6/12)

- Honestly was skeptical when I first took 3Z, worried that it would knock me out for hours on end and I would wake up groggy. Very surprised by the deep sleep it gives me. Average between 6-8 hrs a night and it hasn't failed me. Once I fall asleep I am out for the night. I wake up refreshed and ready to hit the day in the AM. Never drowsy or groggy! - Waking up feeling refresh, rejuvenated, and totally refreshed is what a good nights rest is meant to be. Sleep is crucially overlooked by many and yet it gives so many benefits, better fat control, less cortisol, mental and physical recovery, better skin, hair, nails. 3z's ingredients help lull a person into sleep and sleep deeper. when I first tried it it seemed a bit strong, I could have been wrong though, when I take it now it seems more subtle. - I thought that HGHpro by it self was amazing! After all it helped me stop taking Ambien...But when I got a FREE bottle of 3Z to log for AI I took it alone at first to see how the effects were. Gotta say its just as good as HGHpro(if not alittle better!)
