Great for fatloss just like all other carntines studies shown something about helping with the androgen receptor which in turn helps recovery. I have taken Alcar (and other carntines) since 2005 and in my opinion all carntines help although some may be slightly different, they basically behave very similarly. just do a search on this stuff and you'll see how many benefits carntines carry.
