didnt notice much on the first 3 days but after that, wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i always had trouble sleepin, waking up every night at least 10 times, wakin up so tired. pop a few of these and you sleep like a baby and wake up fresh like you've slept for 60 hours in one night. def one of my staples
